Why the team approach?
In an effort to increase our quality of service and response time, Alliance is dedicating an entire team to you! Just like any other company, our employees attend educational trainings and meetings, get sick, go on vacations, etc. By moving from an individual account manager to a team approach, our goal is that you will be able to receive quick and exceptional service even if a member of our team is in a meeting or away from the office.
Meet Ken Wood
We are very excited to announce that we have brought in a new Personal Lines Account Executive to lead our Personal Lines Department! Ken Wood is a veteran agent with over 20 years of experience working in the insurance industry. Ken has worked for small, independent brokers as well as one of the largest brokers in the world.
Through this diverse experience, Ken has refined his knowledge and skill-set allowing him to help clients evaluate and manage their risk, and craft custom solutions to protect their assets and what matters most. Whether you need a simple auto policy, or are a high-net-worth earner with multiple homes, vehicles, and toys, Ken has the knowledge and experience to help you find the best coverage for your unique situation.
Ken grew up in a military family living all over the world, but landed in Missouri for high school. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College, he moved to Colorado in 1998. He lived in Grand Junction for almost 10 years, and has lived on the front range since 2007. Ken now lives in Arvada with his wife and five girls ranging in age from 5 to 23. When Ken’s not coaching one of his daughters, his passion is basketball and the outdoors.
Meet Larissa Flores
Larissa is a Colorado Native who has been working with Alliance since September, 2018. After starting in an administrative role, Larissa has since become a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and has transitioned into an Assistant Account Manager role. Her commitment to education in the insurance industry and knack for helping clients makes her a great addition to the team. When Larissa is not in the office, she loves spending time in the mountains, checking out new towns, and adding to her vinyl record collection.
Meet Marissa Renty
Marissa is a Colorado Transplant who worked in the financial industry prior to venturing into insurance. Her creative problem-solving skills and ability to effectively listen to the individual needs of her clients has made for a quick transition into an Assistant Account Manager role. Marissa values continued growth and education on both the professional and personal level. When Marissa is not in the office, she loves mountain climbing, traveling to new countries, and spending personal time with family and friends.
